REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation/Changes to order

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered. We work around the clock to ensure fast delivery. Orders go into production immediately after they are placed. Once the processing has started on your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled

Refunds

 

    We do not issue the refund if:

    • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
    • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
    • You do not like your item or you ordered the incorrect item/it does not fit
    • We do not give  refunds on our custom items. 

    *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

    We may request that you mail us the item to inspect. This does not guarantee that you will be refunded. We do not cover costs to ship them back to us. 

    Lost or damaged mail

    We do offer insurance for lost or damaged mail. This must be purchased at checkout. Our insurance covers you if items are not received within our 45 day guarantee period. The insurance only covers items that are NOT marked as delivered by the postal service.
